Terms and Conditions
The conditions governing the purchase of products from endora.online, the rights and obligations of the Buyer and the Seller.

Important: By placing an order on endora.online, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms and Conditions in their entirety, including the Privacy Policy and the Return Policy.
1. Contracting parties
These Terms and Conditions govern the contractual relationship between Science of Life PHARMA SRL, place of business: Rimler Karoly 29D4, Oradea, 410169, Romania, registered with the Trade Register under no. J5/225/2024, VAT ID RO49469396, hereinafter referred to as the "Seller", and the natural or legal person placing an order on the endora.online website, hereinafter referred to as the "Buyer".

2. Definitions
- Site: the online platform available at endora.online
- Product: the ENDORA™ dietary supplement sold on the Site
- Order: the request submitted electronically via the Site for the purchase of a Product
- Contract: the order confirmation sent by the Seller, together with these T&C
- Price: the value of the Product in RON, including VAT
3. Placing the order
The order is considered finalized the moment the Buyer completes the order form and clicks the confirmation button. The Seller will send a confirmation via email within a maximum of 24 business hours.
The Seller reserves the right to cancel orders in case of pricing errors, out-of-stock items, or incorrect delivery details. The Buyer will be notified and any amounts paid will be fully refunded.
ENDORA™ products are dietary supplements and are not intended to diagnose, treat, or prevent any disease. Individuals undergoing medical treatment or who have diagnosed health conditions are advised to consult a specialist physician before use.
4. Prices and payment
All prices displayed on the Site are in RON and include VAT. The Seller may change the prices at any time, without prior notice, with the change not affecting orders already confirmed.
Accepted payment methods:
- Bank card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) — secure processing via Shopify Payments (PCI DSS Level 1)
- PayPal
- Cash on delivery — only for orders delivered in Romania
Card transactions are processed exclusively through Shopify Payments via an encrypted connection (TLS). The seller does not store and does not have access to bank card data.
5. Delivery
Products are delivered within Romania and to European Union countries via partner couriers: Sameday, FanCurier, DHL, and GLS. The delivery time is 24–48 hours in Romania and 2–5 business days to European Union countries, from payment confirmation. Free delivery applies according to the conditions displayed at the time of the order.
The risk of loss or damage to the product is transferred to the Buyer at the moment the parcel is handed over by the courier.
Attention: Before signing for receipt, check the integrity of the packaging. Any damage must be noted in the courier's report.
6. Right of withdrawal (return)
In accordance with GEO 34/2014, the Buyer has the right to return the Product within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt, without needing to provide a reason.

7. Warranty and compliance
ENDORA™ is produced in accordance with Romanian and European legislation on food supplements. The product complies with the food safety standards in force at the date of manufacture.
The expiration date is printed on the packaging. Do not use the product after the expiration date.
8. Intellectual property
The content of the Site (texts, images, logos, design, the name and trademark ENDORA™) is protected by copyright and belongs exclusively to the Seller. Any unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or use is prohibited and shall be sanctioned according to Law no. 8/1996 on copyright and related rights.
9. Limitation of liability
The Seller is not responsible for the individual effects of using the Product, as it is not a medicine. Results may vary from person to person.
The Seller's liability is limited, in all situations, to the value of the affected order.
10. Personal data protection
The processing of personal data is carried out in accordance with GDPR (EU) Regulation 2016/679 and Law 190/2018. Full details are available in the Privacy Policy.
11. Litigation and jurisdiction
This contract is governed by Romanian law. Any dispute shall be settled amicably. In case this is not possible, the dispute shall be submitted to the competent courts of law in Romania.
The buyer may also use the European Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr
Individual buyers may also contact the National Authority for Consumer Protection (ANPC).
12. Amendment of terms
The Seller may modify these T&Cs at any time, by publishing the new version on the Site. Continued use of the Site after the modification constitutes acceptance of the new terms. The version in force is the one published with the updated date in the header of this document.
