Why 30 days and not 14?

The active ingredients in ENDORA™ work progressively, not immediately. Results do not appear overnight, and a correct assessment of efficacy requires real usage time. We offer 30 days because 14 are not enough for a fair judgment of a gradual-action supplement.

How to activate the 30-day warranty

Use the product according to the instructions

Follow the protocol recommended on the packaging or in the materials included in the package. The warranty applies to the correct use of the product, not to occasional or partial use.

Write to us at contact@endora.online or via the contact form, with your order number and a brief description of your experience with the product.

Timeframe: days 1–30 from receipt

You receive your money within a maximum of 14 days

We confirm within 24–48 business hours. The refund is processed using the same payment method, within a maximum of 14 calendar days from the confirmation of the request.

30-day satisfaction guarantee conditions

The application is eligible if

  • The product has been used according to the administration instructions
  • The request is submitted within the first 30 calendar days from the date of receiving the package
  • This is the person's first ENDORA™ order (the guarantee applies only once per customer)
  • There are no signs of misuse of the guarantee

The warranty does not apply if

  • The product was not used or was used incorrectly (dosages, frequency)
  • The request is submitted after the 30th day from receipt
  • It is a second or subsequent order from the same customer
  • There are clear indications of misuse or fraudulent repetitive requests

Legal right of withdrawal — 14 days (GEO 34/2014)

Right guaranteed by law — independent of our warranty

Regardless of the 30-day warranty, you benefit from the legal right of withdrawal of 14 calendar days from the receipt of the parcel, in accordance with GEO 34/2014. This right applies without the need for any reason.

Eligible for 14-day legal return

  • Unopened product, with seal intact
  • Incorrectly delivered product (different product than the one ordered)
  • Product with packaging defects noted upon receipt

Legal exception (Art. 16e GEO 34/2014)

  • Unsealed products (broken seal) are not eligible for the 14-day statutory return period—due to health protection and hygiene reasons. For opened and used products, only our 30-day warranty applies.

Legal return procedure (14 days, sealed product)

  1. Notify us at contact@endora.online within 14 days of receipt
  2. Send the sealed product to the address Science of Life PHARMA SRL, Rimler Karoly 29D4, Oradea, 410169, Romania within 14 days of notification
  3. Return shipping costs are borne by the buyer (exception: erroneous delivery or defective product)
  4. We will refund the product price + the initial standard delivery within 14 days of confirmation

Damaged or incorrectly delivered product

If you have received a damaged product or one different from what you ordered, please contact us as soon as possible after discovery at contact@endora.online, with photos and your order number. We fully cover the return cost and will either send a replacement or provide a full refund — your choice.

Repayment terms

  • 30-day guarantee: refund within max. 14 calendar days from request confirmation
  • 14-day legal return: refund within max. 14 calendar days from receipt of the returned product
  • Refund method: the same method used for the order
