Delivery takes 24–48 business hours from payment confirmation, regardless of the number of boxes ordered. Delivery is free for orders of 250 RON or more.
The 24–48 hour timeframe is calculated from the moment of payment confirmation (not from order placement). Orders placed after 2:00 PM or on weekends will begin processing on the next business day.

We deliver throughout Romania, including rural locations and remote areas, and to all European Union countries.
You will receive an SMS or email with the AWB number as soon as the package is handed over to the courier. You can track the delivery status directly on the courier's website or via the link included in our notification.
ENDORA™ products are packed in sturdy cardboard boxes with internal protection to prevent damage during transit. The packaging is discreet — it contains no visible medical references on the outside.
Upon receiving the package: Check the integrity of the packaging before signing for receipt. If you notice any damage or signs of tampering, record them in the courier's report and contact us at contact.
The cash on delivery payment option is available for certain areas and couriers, according to the terms displayed at checkout on our platform. There is no additional fee for cash on delivery payments.
If the courier does not find you at the address, they will leave a notice and make a second delivery attempt. If the second attempt is also unsuccessful, the parcel will be returned to the warehouse and we will contact you to reschedule the delivery.
The risk of loss or damage to the product is transferred to the buyer at the moment the parcel is handed over by the courier, in accordance with GEO 34/2014.
